Our design for Hawk-Aviation, a worldwide company specializing in commercial aircraft parts, was inspired by the motives of aviation and the company’s work.

For our design, we chose materials that echoed those used in the industry, engineered artifacts which are fabricated to withstand extreme weigh and force. Steel, concrete, natural wood and industrial wire juxtapose against one another, creating an underlying sense of drama that tells the story of the company to both workers and visitors.

In order to add to the environment a touch of sophistication, we also created a graphic language, which was both stylish and humorous. Minimalist flight paths on the floor; drawings inspired in the history of aviation; and details collected from the company’s warehouses around the world complemented the design.
